Joe Mixon (ankle) was not spotted at Houston’s practice on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact
It looks like Mixon is missing another day of practice because of an ankle injury. He has been sidelined since early in the season because of it, and the timetable for his recovery remains unclear at this point. There’s a chance that he will be back in Week 6, but this isn’t a good start to the week for the veteran.

James Cook (foot/toe) will not participate at Buffalo’s practice on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact
Cook is going to miss Wednesday’s practice. He’s dealing with a foot injury of some kind, and the exact severity of it remains unknown at this point.
