Not everyone can make up every day feeling energized to put in the hard work that it takes to stay fit. Here we have Actor Sanam Johar who marked his Television fiction debut, with the popular TV show ‘Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin‘, who is going to keep you motivated to stay on top of your fitness goals.
Sanam, who currently essays Ruturaj, successfully impressed the audience with his muscular build, flexing his arms and upper body muscles including biceps and other fitness poses. He talks about his fitness journey.
He said, “I have been into fitness since childhood. I used to learn Taekwondo, have been dancing since the age of 3, used to play basketball in school and these days with friends. I have been in shape for the most amount of years of my existence. I believe my fashion statement is to be fit because if one has a fit/healthy body, everything looks good. Fitness is my lifestyle so it comes very naturally to me.”
He continued, “I recently joined a gym, like 4 months ago. All my life I have been working out at home. One day I went to the gym with my friend Jason (Tham), and just loved the environment and the equipment. I decided to join one myself and the results are amazing.” Sharing a bit of fitness advice, He added, “sweat it out every day, make it your lifestyle and it’ll come naturally to you.”
Ask him about his diet, he replied, “I consume no fried, no wheat flour, more greens, good amount of protein, and lots of water.”
He concluded adding, “In our house everybody works out, my mother (Kamini Singh) and my partner (Abigail Pande). So sometimes we work out together and sometimes we motivate each other to work out. During shoots I tried to work out as much as I could, but when it gets hectic and it’s difficult to find time, I watch what I eat and put only healthy things in my system.”
‘Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin’ produced by Cockrow Entertainment and Shaika Films currently stars Vaibhavi Hankare, Param Singh and Sanam Johar as third-generation leads.
