RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – Evoke Warriors offers men and women new confidence to fight back against their cancer diagnosis through a powerful journey; embracing fitness, health and wellness. Applications for Evoke Warrior’s next class open Sunday, Jan. 12.
Founder and fitness trainer, Mena Spodobalski, and Evoke Warrior Season 3, Michelle Range, stopped by Morning Break to encourage anyone at any stage in their cancer journey to apply. There will also be a Q&A meeting Saturday, Jan. 11 at 11 a.m. at Evoke Fitness for anyone interested in more information.
