Emma Raducanu has suffered a major blow when it comes to hiring Andy Murray as her next coach, with the tennis legend reportedly set to continue working with Novak Djokovic.
Raducanu is currently looking for a new mentor to replace Nick Cavaday, with the duo parting ways following the recent Australian Open.
Cavaday, who has known Raducanu since she was a youngster, has opted to walk away in order to focus on his health.
As for Murray, the tennis icon worked with Djokovic Down Under as the Serb made the semi-finals of the competition.

It was an alliance that captivated the sporting world and the Times say that Murray is set to continue working with Djokovic for the foreseeable future.
The Briton is expected to be in the Serb’s corner for the French Open, which will commence on May.
And it will be a similar story at Wimbledon, too, with Djokovic eager to win an eighth Grand Slam in London that would draw him level with Roger Federer.

Raducanu pulled out at short notice, however, denying fans the chance to see Murray play on Centre Court one last time as a result.
The veteran’s mother, Judy Murray, sparked suggestions that the family were unhappy when she took to social media to dub the decision ‘astonishing’.
But Raducanu, speaking last month, revealed that she’d reached out to her compatriot to make sure there wasn’t any ‘bad blood’ between the pair.

“Afterwards I sent him a long message, basically: ‘If I caused any trouble I guess at Wimbledon, that’s definitely the last thing I want,’” she revealed.
“He’s someone that I’ve grown up looking up to and I don’t want any bad blood or harsh feelings with him.
“I sent him a long message and he took it really well and responded saying he was disappointed but he understood. We’re fine now.”

Raducanu, without a coach, has struggled.
She crashed out of the first round of the Singapore Open, losing to Cristina Bucsa, before toiling at the Abu Dhabi Open.
