Their specialized bungee system allows individuals to bounce, fly, and flow through each movement, reducing stress on joints while providing a full-body workout. Classes are designed to accommodate all skill levels, ensuring a safe and positive experience for everyone. Certified instructors guide participants through every step, helping them soar to new heights in their fitness journey.
Classes at Elevate Bungee Fitness are $20 each, or you can purchase six classes for $80 with a 30-day expiration. For individuals aged 65 or over, or veterans, classes are available at a discounted rate of $17 each, or six classes for $75 with a 30-day expiration. Private group sessions are also offered for up to 12 participants. To join a class, participants must be at least 13 years of age and weigh at least 90 pounds, with a maximum weight limit of 300 pounds.
