OLATHE, Kan. (KCTV) – Investigators continue to look for the cause of an early-morning fire that engulfed dozens of golf carts at an Olathe dealership over the weekend.
The Olathe, Kansas, Fire Department says that around 5 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 3, emergency crews were called to RMI Golf Carts at 19882 W. 156th St. with reports of a fire.
When firefighters arrived, they said they found a blaze in the outside storage lot which engulfed about 60 electric and gas-powered golf carts. All 60 were scorched, however, no injuries were reported.
First responders noted that a damage estimate is not yet available, Investigators continue to work on the case. No further information has been released, including what caused the fire.
