REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – Today, Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ: EA) announces the soft launch of the EA SPORTS App, a fan focused platform designed to transform the future sports experience. Initially available to fans in Spain with a focus on LALIGA content, this first release will gather insights to enhance future releases in more markets, across more sports.

Leveraging the worldwide reach of EA SPORTS games & fan communities, the EA SPORTS App aims to connect and reward a new generation of sports fans, allowing them to engage across both the real and virtual worlds of sports. Through soft launch, the app will offer three key features to enhance the fan experience:
The EA SPORTS App launches in Spain today, featuring content from LALIGA EA SPORTS and other major European football leagues. Over time, additional regions and sports will be included, reaching more EA SPORTS franchises and beyond.
Availability
The EA SPORTS App is now available to download in Spain, across the Apple App Store and Google Play.
