It is not all that often one has an opportunity to become part of history in life, but that is exactly what point Derrick White has with the Boston Celtics this season. The Colorado native could be part of the first Celtics roster to be repeat champions since the dynasty era teams of the 1960s.
And with the highly anticipated Celtics docuseries “Celtics City” making the rounds, the scene is set for an epic postseason for Boston and their fans. White recently took some time to talk to the media about his historic opportunity with his ball club at the screening of the HBO documentary series, sharing his thoughts on the opportunity, his debates with teammate Jayson Tatum on team history, and more.
Take a look at the clip embedded below to hear what he had to say.
