GOODYEAR, Ariz. – SIUE golf took four strokes off its score Tuesday and sits 13th after two rounds of the Loyola Intercollegiate.
The Cougars were one-over Tuesday and are six-over for the tournament. Richmond leads the tournament. The Spiders are 20-under. Boise State is second at 13-under. Loyola Maryland is third at 11-under.
Individually, Alex Eickhoff now leads the Cougars after shooting two-under in the second round. He is tied for 26th. Brady Kaufmann is tied for 34th at even par. Brent Reintjes and Will Simpson are tied for 67th at four-over. Preston Bily is tied for 78th at six-over. Parker Bruening, playing as an individual, is tied for 91 at nine-over.
The final round gets underway Tuesday at 7:45 MT. The Cougars will par with Middle Tennessee, George Washington and Bucknell.
