The latest college basketball rankings via ESPN’s BPI Top 25 are here following a crazy Saturday of college basketball.

Let’s dive into ESPN’s latest BPI rankings following a wild Saturday of college basketball.

Yes, the Cougars are still at the top of the BPI rankings despite losing 82-81 in overtime at home to Texas Tech. The Red Raiders nearly pushed themselves in the top 10 Sunday actually.

LJ Cryer led the way with 22 points, four rebounds and two assists. J’wan Roberts added 18 points, seven rebounds and three assists.

Duke absolutely dominated North Carolina in the latest chapter of their rivalry. With the win, Duke remained at No. 2 in the BPI rankings, but a boost in the AP Poll is likely coming.

Cooper Flagg put up 21 points, eight rebounds and seven assists in the win. Kon Knueppel led the way in scoring though with 22 points, five rebounds and five assists.

A good ranked win on the road for Auburn kept the Tigers at No. 3 in the BPI rankings. Racing out to a seven point lead at halftime, Auburn never looked back.

Johni Broome put up 20 points, 12 rebounds and four assists. Every single starter was in double figures in an all around effort.

It was Tennessee’s revenge! The Vols beat Florida in their rematch Saturday, 64-44, so both games have been blowouts.

With that, Tennessee moved up one spot in ESPN’s BPI rankings Sunday. Chaz Lanier led the way with 19 points and five rebounds while Jordan Gainey had 16 points, four rebounds and four assists.

The winning streak is now at five games for Alabama, moving up one spot in the BPI rankings. The Crimson Tide dominated Georgia 90-69 in this one.

Mark Sears led the way with 20 points, five rebounds and six assists. Grant Nelson added 16 points, 10 rebounds and two assists. 

Before the ejections and the bad blood with rival Arizona State, the Wildcats used a solid second half to run away with the game in the end. Arizona moved up two spots in this edition of the BPI.

Caleb Love led the way with 27 points, six rebounds and seven assists. Jaden Bradley added 14 points, four rebounds and two assists to push Arizona’s record to 15-6 and 9-1 in the Big 12.

The Cyclones dropped three spots in the BPI following their second straight loss. This time, it was an 80-61 defeat at the hands of Kansas State.

Tamin Lipsey led the way with 20 points, one rebound and three assists. Curtis Jones added 14 points, six rebounds and one assist.

The Jayhawks were stunned by Baylor and dropped a spot in the BPI rankings Sunday. Kansas is now 15-6 on the season.

Hunter Dickinson led the way for KU with 20 points and five rebounds. Dajuan Harris was the only other starter in double figures with 12 points, two rebounds and eight assists.

The three-game winning streak is over and Florida couldn’t duplicate the first game against Tennessee. However, the Gators didn’t move in the BPI Sunday, despite a 64-44 loss.

Walter Clayton Jr. had 10 points and two rebounds and missed some time with an injury late in the first half. No other Florida player managed to get into double figures on a bad day offensively.

Illinois wasn’t in action Saturday, but was coming off a loss to Nebraska this week. Still, the Fighting Illini are 14-7 on the season and firmly in the NCAA Tournament picture.

The BPI still has them in the top 10 ahead of a Sunday afternoon tilt against Ohio State at home. Losing three of the last five isn’t good, but perhaps Illinois can get back on track.
