Delray Beach’s Coco Gauff has won the U.S. Open, seven Women’s Tennis Association singles titles, appeared on Time’s Women of the Year list, been nominated for an ESPY and remains an activist for social and racial causes.
So, it’s only fitting that the second-ranked female tennis player in the world is now going to be on a Wheaties box.
Today, Coco will join Billie Jean King on stage at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in New York during U.S. Open Fan Week. King will be passing the torch as a Wheaties Champion to Gauff. The two will talk about their careers and define what it means to be a Wheaties Champion. King appeared on the Wheaties box earlier this year.
Gauff also will be donating $50,000 to the city of Delray Beach to help provide underserved residents ability to participate in sports programs for free.
Her limited-edition cereal box will be available at major retailers for $6.19.

Gauff recently competed in the Paris Olympics where she fell to Croatia’s Donna Vekić in the third round of the singles competition. She and LeBron James were the Opening Ceremony flag bearers.
The U.S. Open starts on Monday where she will be defending her first major title.
