Chris Pratt recently announced that he is kicking off his New Year with a fitness challenge.
The 45-year-old actor took to Instagram and shared a video of himself back in his home gym after the holidays.
In the post, he revealed that he gained weight after taking a month off from working out.
He also encouraged fans to join him on the DEF Reset, a fitness challenge, also known as the Discipline Equals Freedom Reset.
In the video, the Jurassic World Dominion actor said to fans, “Hey, what’s up? Happy New Year. Here we go, day one DEF Reset. You joining me? Do it, let’s go.”
“I took the entire month of December off, it was glorious and I gained a little bit of fluff in this section,” the Garfield actor said, adding, “The love handles are all fueled up, gonna have to work on those.”
In this challenge, a month-long workout plan has to be followed which includes master classes and other content to promote weight loss.
On the work front, Chris Pratt will star in The Electric State which is scheduled to be released by Netflix on March 14, 2025.
