The Chicago Bulls play host to the Orlando Magic at the United Center on Wednesday night. Here’s a Portland Chicago Bulls vs Orlando Magic Prediction. This article will include a Chicago Bulls vs Orlando Magic Pick.
The Orlando Magic have been in pretty good shape as they’ve won three of their first four games overall and they will be eager to stay hot after sneaking past the Pacers in a 119-115 home win on Monday. Paolo Banchero led the team with 50 points, 13 rebounds and nine assists on 16 of 26 shooting, Jalen Suggs added 25 points with seven assists while Moritz Wagner chipped in with 14 points off the bench. As a team, the Magic shot 47 percent from the field and 13 of 41 from the 3-point line as they caught fire early and poured in 71 points in the first half, but after the Pacers rallied to reclaim the lead, the Magic played great defense in the fourth quarter to escape with the narrow win at home.
Meanwhile, the Chicago Bulls have split their first four games of the season and they will be eager to build some momentum after outlasting the Grizzlies in a 126-123 win on Monday. Zach LaVine led the team with 30 points on 12 of 22 shooting, Nikola Vucevic added 22 points with seven rebounds and five assists, Coby White tallied 20 points with five assists while Josh Giddey chipped in with 12 points, 13 rebounds and eight assists. As a team, the Bulls shot 45 percent from the field and a sizzling 25 of 53 from the 3-point line as they struggled to keep pace with the Grizzlies early on, falling behind by as many as 20 points before they exploded for 72 points in the second half to pull off the impressive comeback victory on the road.
The Magic could be shorthanded once again with Jonathan Isaac and Goga Bitadze both listed as questionable, while the Bulls have ruled out Lonzo Ball and they have Jalen Smith listed as questionable. Comparing these two teams, the Magic have looked like the more consistent team in better shape, but the Bulls were really impressive in the way they were able to run down a 20-point deficit against the Grizzlies on Monday. Banchero has started the season on fire, and he might have another big game here, so while it’s tempting to take the Bulls at home, I am more interested in the Magic who have looked like the better team so far.
