This award is given to a PGA Professional who demonstrates a strong commitment to mentoring and community service, setting an exceptional example within the golf industry.
Andrew has been an inspiring leader and advocate for the growth of golf in San Antonio. Since stepping into his role, he’s been instrumental in enhancing our courses, broadening community outreach, and creating programs that invite people of all ages and backgrounds to experience the game. His passion for mentoring staff and supporting the next generation of golf professionals has helped shape a thriving golf community at the Alamo City Golf Trail and beyond.
The Bill Strausbaugh Award recognizes professionals who go above and beyond in the areas of mentorship and service, and Andrew exemplifies these qualities daily.
