What does a champion do after winning big at a major? For most, the answer might involve curling up with a favorite book, enjoying some well-deserved downtime, or spending precious moments with family and friends. But Carlos Alcaraz isn’t just any other athlete. Known for his electrifying play on the court, he’s also gained a reputation for his hair. Alcaraz’s signature haircut, often described as a schoolboy’s first-day trim, has become as iconic as his ferocious forehand. Even after the heartbreak at the Olympics, where victory slipped through his fingers, Alcaraz isn’t breaking his tradition.
Alcaraz has made his way back to his barber, keeping up with the ritual that seems to become a good omen for him. The Spanish sensation can be seen in a white T-shirt, posing with his barber, with a grin smile on his face. The barber, on the other hand, thanked the Spaniard for returning home with a medal for Spain at the Paris Olympics.
Taking to Instagram, Alcaraz’s hometown barber, Victor, shared a picture with the 21-year-old. “Visit after bringing an Olympic medal for all Spaniards 🇪🇸 Thank you very much again,” he captioned the image in Spanish. And while the tennis world is in awe of his victory, Alcaraz seems to shrug off the heartbreak he faced against Novak Djokovic in the finals in Paris.

Alcaraz failed to defeat Djokovic at Court Philippe Chatrier after losing in straight sets 7-6(3), 7-6(2). While he did not fail to return home with a medal, he was visibly unhappy at Roland Garros. It seemed insufficient for the young talent who sobbed uncontrollably following the loss and losing his shot at the shiny gold. But now, he seems to have made his peace with it as he has marked a return to his favorite place.

For the unversed, this is not the first time Alcaraz has visited the barber after a great run. The Spanish sensation was also captured doing a makeover after his win at the French Open and Wimbledon this year. He also visited his barber after the Australian Open campaign this year, where he lost in the quarterfinals. As he returns to the place once again, it seems like a trend that the Spaniard is following after every major tournament. Alcaraz’s tryst with fashion is not new, and particularly with his favorite brand, it is more special.
Alcaraz has often demonstrated simplicity in his fashion style. From tightly chopped hair to simple attire on and off the tennis courts, the budding star has redefined the meaning of fashion styles for his fans. But there is one particular brand that has Alcaraz’s heart, and it is none other than Louis Vitton.

The 4-time Grand Slam winner partnered with the fashion giant in 2023, and since then, he has been spotted doing some modeling as well. Previously, he opened up about his partnership with the firm and revealed the reason for his admiration. “What I love about Louis Vuitton is that they are more than just a fashion brand. It is more than just clothes. The brand is ingrained in culture and has been for over 100 years,” Alcaraz had said. “They understand how to mix fashion with art, design, sport and music, to make something unique and special.”
Coming back to his hairstyle, it would be interesting to see if the Spaniard can win big at the American swing, particularly the US Open, and make a return to his happy place. How does his future look?
