One of the best things about cooking a whole hog over coals like this is the fact that the fat from the pig drips down, sizzles on the flaming hot coals, and starts to add even more flavor to the pig. And now with the shopping cart grill, you also get to add a little bit of that flavor to your Twisted Teas on the bottom rack. It’s the ultimate flavor bomb. This is what hosting an NFC Championship Game is all about.
