This year, the 6-foot-3, 250-pound unit is playing defensive end for the Nittany Lions. The true junior has amassed 14.5 sacks in his career so far. Carter has an unbelievably quick first step. His first step speed rivals Micah Parsons and Myles Garrett. 

Carter is excelling with his hand on the line of scrimmage. Carter has the strength to set the edge at the point of attack. He’s ferocious in the run game and loves crashing inside to hit a running back. 

Carter is one of the top prospects in the draft class. He can be an elite pass rusher in the NFL. His exceptional quickness and strength imbue him with incredible power.
