MONTEREY, Calif. – Santa Clara men’s golf made up some ground in the second round of action at the Leadership and Golf Collegiate Championship. The Broncos shot a 2-over 290 in the round and are just four strokes behind BYU for the lead at 3-under 573 in total. Freshman Matthew Robles had the best round of his young career with an outstanding 6-under 66 on Tuesday to vault up the standings into a tie for second at 5-under 139.
