FULL TIME: Newcastle United 1-4 Bournemouth. After six straight wins in the Premier League, Newcastle went into this fixture with faint hopes of a first title since 1927. Well they’ve been thoroughly disabused of that notion, Bournemouth scoring four crackers on Tyneside. Justin Kluivert with a hat-trick on his dad Patrick’s old stomping ground. The early games in the Championship have finished. A big win for Cardiff in the South Wales derby. An equally precious victory for Hull in south London. Both teams put some distance between themselves and bottom club Plymouth, who haven’t had a good day at all.
