ASHEBORO, N.C. – The Presbyterian College Blue Hose women’s golf team wrapped up the first two rounds of the Tot Hill Farm Invitational on Monday evening.
In the second round, the team posted a score of 307 (+19) before ending the day with a combined two-round score of 636 (+60).
The Host team, Charleston, took the lead after day one, finishing with a two-round total of 569 (-7). Charleston’s Emilie Von Finckenstein sits atop the individual leaderboard, carding a 140 (-4) across the opening rounds.
INDIVIDUAL RESULTS
– Sarah Boteler led the way for the Blue Hose, tying for 17th place with a two-round total of 151 (+7). Her strong second round included four birdies and 10 pars, helping her post a solid score of 74 (+2).
– Maddie Peake finished tied for 43rd after posting a two-round total of 158 (+14). She delivered a second-round score of 75 (+3), highlighted by eight pars and five birdies.
– Lextyn Petz recorded a 77 (+5) in the second round, aided by three birdies and nine pars. She finished tied for 53rd place with a two-round total of 162 (+18).
– Taylor Reaves and Sofia Carles rounded out the Blue Hose lineup, both tying for 59th place with identical two-round scores of 166 (+22).
