Blind Squirrel Golf has announced the highly anticipated “Boost the ‘Boro” Golf Tournament, scheduled for October 19, 2024, at the Land O’ Lakes Golf Course in Whiteville, North Carolina. The tournament will raise funds for “Boost the ’Boro, Inc.,” an organization dedicated to enhancing the local community.
The event promises an exciting day of golf with a four-person team format. Entry fees are set at $300 per team, with proceeds benefiting community improvement initiatives. Registration opens at noon, followed by lunch and a shotgun start at 1:00 PM. Golfers will have a chance to participate in special challenges, including a closest-to-the-pin contest and a 50-50 raffle, culminating with an announcement of the winners at 5:30 PM.
This event is sponsored by Cape Fear Valley Bladen County Hospital and organized by Blind Squirrel Golf. Interested participants can register by scanning the provided QR code or contacting event coordinator Matthew Davis at (910) 876-7373.
