The College football season is here and the race to win a Big Ten Championship is on as the league enters a new era of college football. Oregon, Washington, USC, and UCLA have all joined the conference this season and the league is loaded with elite talent from its new incoming schools along with its 14 current members as well.
The 2024 football season is shaping up to be an exciting one as the league has more than a handful of teams who will compete for the College Football Playoffs, while nearly every team in the league can also envision a path to making a bowl game this season. Michigan returns this season as the defending national champion, while Oregon, Ohio State, and Penn State all look like viable candidates to make the playoffs.
These power rankings will not be based on record but based upon who we think week in and week out are the best teams in order regardless of ranking.
