My daily best bet heater continues, as I’m up to four straight wins and seven in the last eight days. We’re going to keep it going tomorrow on the collegiate hardwood – conference tournament time is here! That means the Madness is just around the corner! For my best bet for Monday, March 3rd: College Basketball Predictions, we’re off to Alico Arena in Fort Myers, Florida. Let’s go!
Start Time: 7:00 PM EST
The Atlantic Sun Conference is the first conference out of the gate with its championship tournament, which started today (Sunday). Monday brings us the quarterfinals, including this matchup between the #3 Florida Gulf Coast Eagles hosting the #6 seeded Queens University Royals. And my best bet is on the home team.
These two teams split their two regular-season meetings, with the Eagles winning their last matchup by 13 points. Florida Gulf Coast also comes into this matchup hot, winning four straight, while Queens has swapped wins and losses over their past seven games (but they did lose their last game, so….).
Plus, the Eagles are a very solid 11-4 on their home floor. After crunching the numbers, I have the spread for this game lined up as FGCU -7.5, so the Eagles are getting my money.
Best Bet: FGCU -4.5 (-105)
Best Bet Overall Record: 183-161 (53%)
Profit (based on $100/bet): $229.80
Return on Investment: 0.7%
