JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The overnight freezing temperatures will melt down after sunrise. Then, Saturday will stay below normal temperatures under mostly sunny skies with highs only reaching the upper 50s-to-low 60s. Light winds will keep the wind chill minimal, as well. This time of year, the normal high should be around 69.
Temperatures will cool throughout the evening hours, but not nearly as cold as Friday night into Saturday morning. Inland counties will likely see low 30s and a Frost Advisory and a Freeze Watch while coastal counties will be in the 40s. Winds will remain calm overnight.
Sunday won’t be as chilly as a warming trend starts the week before another cold front drops in, bringing more widespread rain and another cool-down by the end of next week.
