MUNCIE, Ind. — Ball State University’s Adult Physical Fitness Program will be hosting an open house from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 1, at the Adult Physical Fitness Center, in the Student Recreation and Wellness Center, Room 135.
According to a release, event participants can check out the facility and get more information about the program’s services, which include: a knowledgeable, friendly staff; fitness assessments; individualized training sessions (aerobic, resistance training, and flexibility/balance/core); regular progress reports (to participants and their physicians); and incentive programs.
Those attending the open house, which is open to the public, will receive a special limited time offer towards joining the program, which must be redeemed by no later than Friday, Nov. 4, and will need to be turned in at the time of payment.
