The eleven starters from AC Milan v Lecce trained in the gym and did recovery work. The other members of the squad immediately took to the pitch, where they activated their muscles and completed a few rondos. The session continued with possession drills and a series of 3v2 exercises, after which a practice match on a small pitch brought the day’s events to an end.
