Student camping has been approved for the Arkansas Razorback men’s basketball game vs. the Kansas Jayhawks on Friday, Oct. 25. Students wishing to camp should follow the guidelines below.Â
All students who have purchased a Razorbacks All-Access Pass are eligible to participate in the camping event. Camping will allow students priority access on a first-come, first-served basis to the student section in Bud Walton Arena for that game.Â
Those who participate in camping activities must abide by all University of Arkansas System; University of Arkansas, Fayetteville; and State of Arkansas applicable laws, policies and procedures. These procedures have been put in place to ensure the safety, security and well-being of students, the university community and the public, as well as safeguarding and preserving all university property and facilities.Â
Of specific note, the following must be followed:Â
-
Pre-registration via Hogsync for camping will begin at noon Thursday, Oct. 17, and end at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22. Â
-

-

-
One person from each tent must always remain with the tent. If a tent is left unattended at any time, the tent may be removed by the university. Through the tent registration process, campers will be asked to provide two tent captains’ names and telephone numbers. These individuals will serve as the contact persons for their registered tent.Â
-
Tents and other camping equipment must be removed by 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25. The full tent party must be present by 2 p.m. to secure their rightful spot in line. Failure to remove tents by this time may result in loss of their spot in line and/or removal of their tent and other campus equipment. All students will be wrist banded at this time.Â
-
Cutting and other forms of saving spots will not be tolerated, and violators will be asked to move to the back of the line. Students who witness cutting or saving spots are asked to report it to student affairs staff.Â

-
In the case of inclement weather, camping will not take place, and information will be distributed to all pre-registrants through email.Â
-
