The two-floor, 27,000-square-foot facility offers hand-selected cardio and strength training equipment; separate saunas for men and women; a shop and smoothie bar; a kids area and a posing room, Community Impact reported.

In addition to equipment, gym members can access personal and group training; speed and agility training for student athletes; yoga; group fitness classes; and reformer Pilates for an additional cost, co-founder Jason McCourt said.
Arco Fit boasts “science-based” fitness and has accommodations for the whole family, including designated toddler and infant areas, McCourt said.
