Alo Moves XR: New fitness app for Meta Quest 3 gets a release date

Magnopus announced the release date for Alo Moves XR during Meta Connect 2024. The mixed reality fitness app will be released exclusively for Meta Quest 3 and Quest 3S on October 10 and combines real-world environments with immersive natural landscapes. You can do yoga, Pilates, and mindfulness exercises with top trainers. Their 3D images are volumetrically captured and can be placed anywhere in the room. Alo Moves XR offers classes ranging from 5 to 30 minutes and promises improvements in strength, flexibility, and balance.
