After suffering a 94-85 home loss to the Auburn Tigers on Saturday afternoon, the latest AP Poll Top 25 ranking has been officially revealed for the Alabama Crimson Tide men’s basketball program.
Released on Monday afternoon, the Crimson Tide were ranked as the nation’s No. 4 team according to the latest AP Poll Top 25, trailing only Auburn, Florida, and Duke. This ranking was different from their’s the previous week, as Alabama dropped two spots from No. 2.
This past week, Alabama played a total of two games, the first of which was an impressive 103-80 road win over the Texas Longhorns in Austin. Saturday however, the Crimson Tide then saw their seven-game winning streak snapped with the aforementioned home loss to Auburn.
Alabama’s next game will come Wednesday night when the Crimson Tide travel to Missouri, with the matchup set to begin at 9 p.m. ET on SEC Network. The Tigers were ranked No. 15 in Monday’s AP Poll.
Alabama will also host No. 17 Kentucky on Saturday.
