Alabama announces numbers for freshmen, changes ahead of 2025 spring practice

Ahead of spring practice starting Monday, the Alabama Crimson Tide officially announced the number changes for the returning names on the 2025 football roster, as well as which numbers the newest members of the program will wear.

Announced on Sunday, there are a total of five returning players who will now be wearing a new jersey number for Alabama this upcoming season, one of which was a starter a year ago.

The complete breakdown of the newest Alabama football jersey numbers are as follows:
