Founded by Her Highness Sheikha Moza Bint Nasser in 2007, the Qatar Philharmonic has been a champion of Western and Arabic music, performing on stages around the globe. With 101 talented musicians chosen through rigorous auditions, the orchestra’s mission is to inspire audiences to appreciate symphonic music while encouraging a cross-cultural dialogue through the blending of musical traditions.
