Returning `84 Wildcats saluted during this year’s homecoming game
This year’s homecoming celebration added something extra special. Alumni from the 1984 Wildcats team that won the OCIAA Championship (including Warwick Valley director of athletics Gregory Sirico) reunited at AC Morgan Field for the Spirit Trophy Game.

The 1984 Wildcats overcame many obstacles during their championship season. The team got off to an inauspicious 1-2 start before going on a seven game winning streak to capture the Orange County league title. The season was highlighted by wins over formidable teams from Port Jervis and Goshen, before the Wildcats defeated a tough Pine Bush team in the championship game in Middletown.
It was great to see the `84 Wildcats back on campus, sporting their purple and gold jerseys!
The 1984 Wildcats were under the direction of head coach John Garcia and his staff of George St. Lawrence, Bob DeFrancicsco, Tom Folino, and Joe Zuk.
