BEDFORD, Ohio – Police in Ohio said officers realized an 8-year-old girl had driven herself to Target after taking her mother’s vehicle.
According to WJW, Bedford Police received a call about a missing child. They later received a call “concerning a small child driving east on Rockside Road.”
Police located the vehicle at a Target with the little girl shopping inside, according to the outlet. The little girl also told officers that she struck a mailbox during her drive, which was estimated to be about 10 miles between her home and the store.
