As the NBA calendar flips over to September, teams will soon be gearing up for training camp, followed by the preseason. That effectively means the end of free agency, with most teams having little roster space or cap flexibility to be able to sign a free agent.
However, unlike in years past, there are still quite a few prominent free agents left, which could benefit the few teams that do have room to bring in a player.
