Ole Miss has flipped one of Alabama football’s top recruits in the 2025 class.
Caleb Cunningham told On3 on Wednesday that he had flipped his commitment to Lane Kiffin and the Rebels.
Cunningham is listed as a five-star receiver ranked No. 2 in the 2025 class and No. 16 overall, per the 247Sports Composite.
The Mississippi native had been committed to Alabama since the summer. Cunningham had visited Ole Miss this past weekend.
The Crimson Tide had the No. 1 recruiting class prior to Cunningham’s decommitment, per 247Sports. Then it dropped to No. 2 behind Ohio State after Cunningham decommitted.
Without Cunningham, Alabama still has four five-star recruits committed in quarterback Keelon Russell, offensive lineman Michael Carroll, cornerback Dijon Lee and tackle Ty Haywood.
Alabama now has 22 commits in the 2025 class.
The only other receiver in the 2025 class committed to Alabama is Lotzeir Brooks, a three-star prospect from New Jersey.
