KENT, Wash. – Police discovered a man’s body in a wooded area near Lake Fenwick in Kent on Friday morning.
Timeline:
The 24-year-old was shot in the head and had died before officers found him near Lake Fenwick Disc Golf Park around 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 7.
Puget Sound firefighters and Kent officers determined that the man died late last night or early Friday morning.
Kent detectives have since taken over the scene and case as they look into the circumstances leading up to the deadly shooting.
