FOX Sports is projecting that the event was the most-watched Super Bowl in history.

From the Kansas City Chiefs gunning to become the first three-peat Super Bowl champions in the NFL, to the Philadelphia Eagles looking for redemption after losing to the team in red during Super Bowl LVII, Super Bowl LIX was quite the spectacle.
The highly-anticipated sporting event featured performances by popular artists like Lady Gaga, Ledisi, and Jon Batiste.
Plus, a showstopping halftime performance by Kendrick Lamar, featuring SZA and Samuel L. Jackson.

According to FOX Sports, the 2025 Super Bowl brought in a projected total of 126 million viewers.
This marks a new record-high viewership for the Super Bowl.
According to FOX Sports projections, the viewership peaked around 8:00-8:15 p.m. EST during the second quarter with around 135 million viewers.
These stats also show a record-high in viewership through streaming. Tubi brought in 13.6 million viewers and the total streaming viewership was around 14.5 million viewers when combined with other NFL digital properties.
