The NFL regular season is coming to a close and, for some teams, that means they are moving on to focus on the 2025 NFL Draft while others compete for a Super Bowl. Let’s take a look at a 2025 NFL Mock Draft.
It’s going to be an interesting offseason leading up to the 2025 NFL Draft as teams who need quarterbacks could really shift where top defensive players fall in April. Take a look at our latest mock draft for 2025.
The big question will be between Cam Ward and Shedeur Sanders for the top pick in the draft. The Giants need a quarterback after parting ways with Daniel Jones this season. Shedeur Sanders has a quick release and isn’t afraid of the big stage. He spins the ball well and has the tools to develop quickly at the next level.
If Sanders goes no. 1, Ward is likely going no. 2 as the Raiders are also in the market for a quarterback. Ward had a strong season at Miami and is the only other quarterback worthy of being a top-10 pick in the draft. He threw 36 touchdown passes in the regular season for the Hurricanes.
The Patriots need help on the offensive line to protect quarterback Drake Maye and Kelvin Banks Jr. is the top tackle in the draft. He has great lateral quickness and walls off defenders. He has the ability to develop into an elite pass blocker in New England.
The Jaguars can boost their secondary with elite cornerback Will Johnson at no. 4. Johnson is a lockdown corner who can read receivers well and has great size (6’2″) that helps him match up with anyone. He has speed too and looks like he will be fantastic in coverage at the next level.
The Panthers need to boost their defensive line and Mason Graham is a monster on the interior. He is unblockable for long stretches of games and shreds blockers easily to make plays. He also can occupy double teams and will be a nice fit in Carolina.
The Titans could easily trade down if Cam Ward or Shedeur Sanders isn’t available as we know they have a glaring need at quarterback. If they stay at no. 6, the talented Travis Hunter might be too good to pass up. It’s still unclear how he will be used in the NFL, but Hunter is a special talent who would be an impact player for Tennessee.
The Browns will need help on the offensive line and Will Campbell is a good fit here. While Cleveland has a lot of needs, the trenches will be the main focus early on as they look to protect Deshaun Watson at quarterback who has struggled with injuries in Cleveland.
The Jets could be looking at a teardown of the team after a disappointing season. They have to figure out what to do with Aaron Rodgers and might not have a quarterback. The problem? It’s not a great QB class and the best two options will be gone by number 8. The Jets could have one of the best players in the entire draft fall in their lap though and they could scoop up Abdul Carter.
The Bears are in a tricky spot as they are desperate for help on the offensive line but top tackles Kelvin Banks Jr. and Will Campbell will likely be gone by now. This leaves a tough decision of reaching for an offensive lineman in the top 10 or getting the best available player to help in the pass rush. They could easily add edge rusher Mykel Williams here.
The Saints have multiple needs on the defensive line and at linebacker. Chase Young is heading for free agency and that means they will need a talented edge rusher to replace him. James Pearce is one of the best edge players in the draft and would be a nice addition in New Orleans.

Depending on how the top-10 picks fall, we could see the Dolphins getting a solid pass rusher off the edge at number 11. A player like Mykel Williams, James Pearce Jr., or Nic Scourton could be available. Scourton is a great power rusher and a disruptive run defender.
The Colts are getting older on defense and the front seven looks like it will need to be addressed this offseason including linebacker with EJ Speed becoming a free agent. Adding the top linebacker in the drain Deontae Lawson would be a nice replacement.
The Bengals defense has been absolutely horrible this season. They are 29th in total yards and 26th in pass yards given up. They need help in the secondary and Benjamin Morrison is a great fit to boost a unit that needs depth.
Will the Cowboys be able to pass on Ashton Jeanty? He’s the best running back in the draft (by far) and a top-10 prospect in the draft. The Cowboys are 26th in rushing and might not be able to let Jeanty head to another team. Dallas has needs on both lines and could easily scoop up an EDGE rusher if a player like Williams or Pearce Jr. falls this far.
The 49ers need help on both sides of the football when it comes to the line. There probably won’t be a first-round talent available at offensive tackle so it would make sense for the 49ers to boost their defensive line with Kenneth Grant from Michigan.
The Falcons struggle to get after the quarterback as they are near the bottom of the league in sacks and pressure percentage. They should target an edge rusher and Jalon Walker will be one of the best available in the middle of the first round.
The Cardinals have needs on defense and could add a strong player like Derrick Harmon to the defensive line if they fall in the middle of the first round. A top-25 player on most boards, Harmon would be a strong addition.
The offensive line is going to be the focus for the Seahawks with the unit having major questions on the interior. We could see them take Tyler Booker from Alabama as he is one of the top guards in the draft.
A solid tight end who can stretch the field? That sounds like something Jim Harbaugh would love to have on his offense. So Harbaugh goes with one of his former players at Michigan and adds tight end Colston Loveland to give Justin Herbert another weapon on offense.
The Bucs need depth and help in the secondary which means they will jump on the best available corner or safety. In this case, it’s Malaki Starks from Georgia as he is a versatile safety with good size and speed.
We can expect the Rams to add depth on the offensive line and that means we could see Emory Jones Jr. go off the board here. Jones Jr. has the potential to be an anchor in pass protection and has the length to handle speed off the edge.
The Commanders are looking to build up young talent on offense and they will take Tetairoa McMillan in a heartbeat if he is still on the board in the early 20s. He naturally snags the ball out of the air and can accelerate after the catch which will be a great addition for young QB Jayden Daniels.
Boosting the weapons around young quarterback Bo Nixon will be a priority for the Broncos who have surprised us all this year and are in the playoff hunt. Tyler Warren is a huge target (6’6″) for Nix and would be a nice fit in Denver.
There is a need at safety for the Ravens and they can get a high-value player in Nick Emmanwori in the 20s if things fall their way. Emmanwori has excellent length (6’3″) and has the versatility to cover wide receivers and tight ends all over the field.
CJ Stroud is under constant pressure this season and the interior offensive line has to be addressed for the Texans. Guard Donovan Jackson would be a nice fit here as the interior offensive line has surrendered 20+ sacks in Houston this season.
The Steelers have a decision to make at quarterback as Justin Fields and Russell Wilson are free agents but it wouldn’t be wild to see them bring Wilson back. If so, they could take the top wide receiver available and get Tre Harris from Ole Miss.
It will likely be a cornerback or defensive lineman for the Packers in round 1 and Tyleik Williams is a good fit for a team that is looking for help clogging up the interior. Williams is great at stopping the run and does a fantastic job of getting his hands up in passing lanes.
It has been an unexpected season for the Vikings (12-2) as they are in a position for a chance to win the NFC North. They will be looking to boost their defense in the draft and Walter Nolen would be a talented defensive tackle to add.
The Bills will have some flexibility in free agency as well as the draft due to having an extra second-round pick thanks to the Stefon Diggs trade. They could go with the best available here and get wide receiver Luther Burden III which also addresses Amari Cooper set to become a free agent.
The Eagles are going to be looking for help in their pass rush this season with the uncertain status of Brandon Graham (retirement), Josh Sweat (UFA), and Bryce Huff (poor performance). This could make them lean toward drafting the best available EDGE rusher and Landon Jackson fits here.
The Lions have been crushed by injuries this season on the defensive side of the football and it has shown how important depth in your pass rush can be. They could take Shemar Turner to complement stud edge rusher, Aidan Hutchinson.
The Chiefs have drafted a tackle in the past two drafts but Wanya Morris and Kingsley Suamataia have both struggled so far. This means the Chiefs might go offensive line again at the end of the first round as they scoop up Aireontae Ersery from Minnesota. He has a high ceiling and is quick for his outstanding size (6’6″, 330 lbs).
During a recent episode of PFT Live, I said I was considering switching allegiances from the Vikings to the Eagles, if only
