Say goodbye to Eastern Conference vs. Western Conference. The new-look NBA All-Star Game is here.
This year’s showdown has a tournament-style format. Four teams made up of eight players will face off in three games.
LeBron James, who earned a record-setting 21st All-Star nod, headlines “Team Shaq” alongside Steph Curry and Kevin Durant. Unfortunately, James won’t play in the game due to ankle soreness.
Then there’s “Team Candace,” the winning squad from the Rising Stars competition. Rising Stars MVP, and Dunk Contest runner-up, Stephon Castle leads that group of first- and second-year players.
If you missed the fun from Saturday’s events, we’ve got you covered here.
