How to watch Pebble Beach Pro-Am on Friday
Many of golf’s biggest stars are in the field at the Pebble Beach Pro-Am, and in Thursday’s opening round they didn’t dissapoint.
Rory McIlroy, making his first Tour start of 2025, made a hole-in-one on the way to six-under 66 at Spyglass Hill. Shane Lowry one-upped him with an ace of his own at Pebble Beach’s iconic 7th hole, finishing with a matching 66, one worse than Viktor Hovland’s 67 at Pebble. Justin Thomas equaled McIlroy’s 66 at Spyglass, while World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler, also making his first start of the year, shot a 67.
But they all trail Russell Henley, who fired an eight-under 64 at Spyglass Hill to take the lead heading into Friday’s second round.
