With one round to go in the FedEx Cup Playoffs, the person at the top of the leaderboard is the same one that has been there since the spring: World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler.
Scheffler fired a five-under 66 in Saturday’s third round to increase his lead at the Tour Championship to five strokes. The only player within nine shots is Collin Morikawa.
Sunday’s final round could quickly turn into a coronation for Scheffler, who is in line for the $25 million winner’s bonus.
