The 2024 high school football playoff brackets are set for public schools.
The brackets are based on the final United Power Rankings, which were released Saturday night on GridironNJ.com. Below are the seeds and first-round matchups for each section. The brackets will become official on Sunday.
The public-school playoffs begin Friday, Nov. 1. Non-public teams play an extra week of the regular season, with playoffs beginning on Friday, Nov. 8. The non-public brackets will be seeded by a committee on Nov. 3 after all regular-season games are completed.
