As we move farther into the New Year, chances are, you’re setting goals to advance your career and boost earning potential. The first quarter of the New Year brings performance evaluations plus bonuses and promotion decisions. Plus, the “January Resignation Rush Trend,” could be staring you in the face as you rethink what you want and where you can find a job that matches your goals. I have reported in the past on the careers predicted to get big pay raises in 2025. If you’re looking for the hottest AI jobs of 2025 with six-figure salaries, there’s a new analysis that can help you land that dream job.
A recent study by TRG Datacenters ranked AI-related job positions based on their demand and attractiveness, using search interest, job openings and average salaries as key metrics. The study analyzed 17 diverse AI roles, ranging from technical positions like machine learning engineers to non-technical ones such as AI product managers. For each role, the analysts calculated a composite score. Then they ranked jobs by the scores to identify roles that are in high demand, financially rewarding and popular among job hunters. Here are the ten hottest AI jobs of 2025.
According to Susan Lindeque, CEO of Avestix Group, AI will reshape not just the job market, but also the investment landscape. She cites Bloomberg’s recent announcement that corporations like Citigroup, JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs plan to eliminate up to 200,000 positions over the next three to five years because AI is making those jobs obsolete. Plus, she mentions The Future of Jobs Report from the World Economic Forum (WEF) that says 41% of organizations worldwide plan to cut workforces before 2030 due to AI.
A spokesperson for TRG Datacenters states, “By staying informed about these trends, individuals can position themselves strategically in the job market, whether by upskilling, pivoting to new areas or exploring roles that align with these emerging needs. Ultimately, creativity and adaptability are key to thriving in this evolving landscape.”
It’s important for job seekers to understand where the in-demand jobs are growing most and to consider the AI opportunities that might not have occurred to them before that can lead them to the hottest AI jobs of 2025.
